Tripulación
Hi,
It looks like tripular, triuplante, tripulación belongs to the ship and the aircraft. What about other kinds of crews, teams ans squads? Tanks, artillery, sports, laborers? In English, also animals are very interesting: flocks, bevies, packs, herds, schools and many more |

I don't know about military terms; I suppose it's "equipo" for sports and workers.
We don't have names for every kind of animal group. There might be others, but I can only think of "parvada" (or "bandada") for a group of birds, "manada" for a group of mammals, "cardumen" for a group of fish. By the way, a group of dogs (or related animals like wolfs or coyotes) is called "jauría", although these can be "manadas", too. Oh, and there is "enjambre" for a group of flying insects (like wasps or bees).

English also has collective nouns for groups of things and for groups of people. I see 142 items in that list. Here are a few: an exaggeration of fishermen, a calendar of saints, a culture of bacteria, a mass of Catholics, a shortage of dwarves, a cavalcade of horsemen, a troupe of performers |

A culture of bacteria, a cavalcade of horsemen, sounds quite pedestrian
Tripulación de tanque, tripulación de vehículo, tripulación de ametralladora: check. Looks like everything which is not an equipo, is a tripulación. |

It's like the word crew in English.
