I need help with translation suggestions here, if you want the whole context here it is (it's a verse of a song)

En el mundo genial de las cosas que dices,
hay historias de buenos y malos felices,
ceremonias de vidas, sonrisas al verte
como diablos se puede tener tanta suerte.
