Is there a Spanish equivalent to this term?

En México se puede decir "cara de palo" (aunque en el Caribe se asocia con "caradura", "cínico").

Un término neutral podría ser "cara inexpresiva".

I thought cara dura at first, but poker face may not be shameless--just a
a face that cannot be read like that of a good poker player.

you can use cara de póker
"cara de piedra"/"carapalo"/"el cara de palo"/cara palo" was also a a nickname of the famous actor Buster Keaton

En Chile usamos care'palo para un caradura o sea una persona cínica que ni se arruga para sacarte el alma.

Cara de póker significa para mí que es inescrutable.
