En México se puede decir "cara de palo" (aunque en el Caribe se asocia con "caradura", "cínico").
Un término neutral podría ser "cara inexpresiva".

I thought cara dura at first, but poker face may not be shameless--just a
a face that cannot be read like that of a good poker player. Thanks all. Figuratively, cara de póker seems good to me.
