¡Súper!

¿Está usado en todos los países? ¿Significa lo mismo como en inglés "Super!"? ¿Suena como viejo como en inglés (jerga de la sigla XX)?

"Cool!" in dubbed TV shows, because it reasonably matches the length of the word and position of the mouth in the tonic vowel. In use? Not much ... me thinks.

So if someone said it, it would remind people of dubbed movies?

¿Está también usado como un adjectivo? (ej. Esa dama es súper linda.)

No, it's OK, but I think it's not in style at least in my area. I sounds to me like "¡bomba!", too much the Age of Aquarius. But you have 15, 30 and even 50 varieties of Spanish on that, so it may be current in many areas.

*It's better to avoid this kind of passive voice in Spanish. It's not as common for us as it is for English speakers.
"¿Se usa en todos los países?" would be a much more natural expression.

It's rather common in Mexican Spanish.
