Can I say "actualizaras por el futuro"?

In this sentence:

"Es también una población muy joven, con una edad media de 27 años y cuya plena potencial todavía tiene que actualizarse por el futuro."

No, you can't. "Actualizaras" is the subjunctive for "tú" and there is no "tú" in the sentence.

By the way, "potencial" is more often heard in masculine (at least in Mexico) and "actualizarse por el futuro" sounds as if the future were the one responsible for its update; I might prefer using "para".
