I found just in the dictionary from Tomisimo that it means Manga.

Yes the wise man has something very special in down their sleeve. To special that they can appear something or disappear you.

Anyhow they're very strong, well I don't believe to them, because everything the that they do is only a simple illusion and really the magic doesn't exist.
