A centro de inserción social is a kind of correctional for the under age. What´s called in English?

I'm sure one of them would be Juvenile Detention, probably centro de internamiento de menores.

Una half-way house algo parecido. I would really like to learn how to say -learn a skill but don't know the right word in Spanish. If someone could help me here I would appreciate it), etc.

I don't believe we have that here.
There are minimum security prisons where prisoners may be able to leave
jail on occasions.

There is house arrest. The prisoner may stay at home and go to designated areas wearing a tracking devices.
