Pienso que puedes decir "(Nombre/Pronombre) (to have) a feel for"
"(To have) a knack for" está usualmente usado para cosas, no para personas. Por ejemplo, puedes decir "I have a knack for computers", cual quiere decir que "Yo tengo mucho habilidad con computadores".

He's got a knack for women is a genuine term.--sometimes referred to as "the knack"
You can also say a way with
Example: She has a way with men.
