Is it necessary to repeat "keys"? Could I say with the keys from my house, my car and my work?

You could certainly say it either way. In fact, repeating the word "keys" each time doesn't sound bulky to my ear and sounds a bit more natural than what you've said.....

You could stick "keys" at the end, too: I've lost my keyring with my house, car, and work keys.

But I would say: "... solamente de casa, del coche y del correo" or "... solamente las de cada, las del coche y las del correo"
