Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores

Ministry of Foreign Office or Foreign Affairs? Is it correct if I omit the word "Ministry"?

Thanks.

(UK) Foreign Office
(US) State Department
(Many foreign countries) Ministry of Foreign Affairs

I don't have to add "Ministry" to "Foreign Office", I guess.

No, that would be incorrect, because office is used as a synonym for ministry in this case.
