¿Hay alguna "traducción" al español para "hip-hop" o pasa lo mismo que con jazz, blues, rock'n'roll, country, blue-grass... y todo lo demás?

Pues no hay traducción para ninguna de esas palabras. En español se escriben igual.

Claro que hip hop se pronuncia "jip-jop" (igual en inglés), pero se escribe hip-hop.

Y alguien que practica o le gusta el hip-hop se le dice hiphopero.

Por ejemplo mira en esta página donde todos hablan español. La palabra hip-hop ya es una palabra adoptada hace tiempo en el diario hablar en español.
