Someone can help with me with my website already when I open the web in internet explorer the website open bad in the scripts.

I don't know where is the wrong.
Now if I open the same website with chrome open right without troubles in the scripts.

my website is www.sia.org.mx

In your code, on line 27/28 it says <SCRIPT type=text/javascript src="Sistemas%20Informaticos%20Avanzados_files/2448720086-ieretrofit.js"></SCRIPT>

You need quotations around text/javascript. Also it is best to put the whole thing on 1 line. Remove line 28 and make line 27:
<script type="text/javascript" src="Sistemas%20Informaticos%20Avanzados_files/2448720086-ieretrofit.js"></script>

try that :)

Also, are you talking about how in Internet Explorer it does not center or show the grey background, but in Chrome it does? I can fix it for you, but for now it is late and I need to go to sleep. Sorry, I would try spanish but right now I am too tired. :P
