I'm studying American history and a section deals with Eisenhower. His slogan was "I like Ike", but the book adds something which I don't understand. This is the sentence:

The slogan was "I like Ike" and the strategy was summarised in a formula K1 C2.

(For some reason I cannnot link to the Wiki Encyclopdedia, What comes up when I test click the link is a survey, so I removed the link) According to Wiki Encyclopedia, the formula K1c2 stands for: Korea, communism, corruption.:)
