Bueno, si es un mensaje que ha llegado con "Recibido" creo que vale... (Recibido. Cambio y corto)... sería en jerga de radio, para terminar el diálogo.
Como 10-4 en la radio en inglés. (Ten-four)

En el lenguaje administrativo, "le acuso recibo a su carta del 28 de abril", sería común...

En otros contextos, puede ser también un "reconocimiento" (por el servicio realizado... etc.)

I agree with Pablo. It depends on the context, I guess... It could be, as Luna said, "acusado de recibido" ("de" in Mexico), and for some other cases, just "recibido" or "entendido".

No, I meant the word is like it, but you're right, they're not used in the same way. Unless you were to immediately enter the course heading into the computer, I suppose you could say "Entered."
