I figured it out all by myself! yey! :D
He did not permit the students to repeat....
El no le permitió al estudiantes repetir...
Did I get it right? or not? :sad: check please

Very good, although there are two small errors.
"El" (no written accent) is the masculine singular definite article, while "él" (with written accent) is the third person singular masculine subject/complement pronoun = he (as subject) or him (as object of a preposition).
"Estudiantes" is a plural noun, while "al" is used only with masculine singular nouns.
