What does the word "empiezo" mean? Its not in our dictionary and If I could have a few example of that word being used in a sentence.

It's a conjugated verb, so you won't find it in a dictionary. These sites will help you determine what the infinitive is (the latter will also provide definitions and sentence examples, in many instances):

Also, if it's used as a noun, you can take a look at the Diccionario de la Lengua Española (http://www.rae.es/rae.html) and check the definition (http://buscon.rae.es/draeI/SrvltConsulta?TIPO_BUS=3&LEMA=empiezo) in Spanish (although it may be long, it won't be too hard if you have the help of other dictionaries and check the unknown definitions in Spanish too). :)
