Does the expression cicerone exist In English to mena sb who shows around a city. How is it pronounced?Yes, it does exist, meaning exactly that, and is pronounced with two soft ´c´s like sisseroni, stressed on the ó´.
Having said that, not many people would know the word. A city guide or town guide would be more common.

I've never heard the word before, though it does show up in my print edition of the American Heritage Dictionary. The word is mostly unfamiliar here in the U.S.; usually the word for someone paid to take you around to the sights is a "(tour) guide", while inside a tourist destination the words may be "tour guide", "interpreter" or "docent", depending partly on context and partly on the usual custom in the particular type of institution.
