We only use 'sucursal' (branch) to describe other offices (like the branch of a bank).

The unspoken clause in parentheses is the subject that the verb 'is' agrees with. But in colloquial speech we often omit the clause when asking this type of question.

There I would say 'at other locations/properties/establishments'. I would not use 'branches' when referring to locations/properties in a hotel chain.

I've stayed at the [Hotel name] before. For example, "I've stayed at the Holiday Inn before." Or, "I've stayed at a Holiday Inn before." By using "a" instead of "the," you are communicating the fact that you have stayed at a different one, and not this one. Otherwise, you would have said "I have stayed at this Holiday Inn before."

or

I've stayed at other [Hotel name]s before. For example, "I've stayed at other Doubletrees before."
