What is the difference between the following words –

I have not been able to find a definition for Parágrafo

Significa lo mismo , pero por si te sirve de algo , te diré que aquí en España "parágrafo" no se dice ni se escribe.

¿ Es posible que en Latinoamérica si se emplee este vocablo ? No lo sé.
