In English we always say "Planet X", never "X Planet".

I just want to add that Earth with a capital letter refers to the planet itself, whereas earth with a lower-case letter refers to the dirt/sand that you pick up from the ground. Some people use them interchangeably, or will use either one of them in both cases.
