I have not seen a silkscreened t-shirt duirng my two years here in Chile. Surely the process must be present here? Is 'serigrafia' the correct translation?

Any links to individuals or companies involved in this would be appreciated!!

(I have seen a process where an image is fixed to t-shirts, but the images are pre-formed, made of a sort of rubbery plastic, not ink, not true silkscreen.)

Welcome to the forums!

'Serigrafía' is the correct term, but I saw several sites online that used 'silk', 'screen' and 'silk screen'.

'Estampar poleras en serigrafía', 'poleras estampadas en serigrafía' and 'serigrafía en poleras' should work in Chile.

There's an 'Accents' drop-down menu just above where you type that can be used to select the special Spanish characters you'll use while typing.
