I've marked some small corrections. We like to use proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation when writing in any language, because all of us are learners of either Spanish or English.

The Spanish word for "Nepali" (or for "Nepalese") is "nepalés".

You wrote: "Mi nacionalidad es nepalés." This is correct, and it sounds formal.

You can also say either "Soy de Nepal" = "I am from Nepal" or you can say "Soy nepalés" = "I am Nepali/Nepalese".
