I think that a good way to improve your Spanish listening skills is to watch Spanish movies/television programs with Spanish subtitles.
And, with time, slowly wean yourself off the subtitles.
That's what I'm doing right now.
I see that many Spanish YouTube videos have subtitles, and I'm using that. However, I do plan to wean myself off it slowly (not cold turkey).
YouTube's subtitles (also known as closed captioning) are not perfect at all. But they're better than nothing.
