Well, here are some... (there must be a lot more, if we ask José Carreras, Plácido Domingo or Montserrat Caballé...)

Sickly-sweet voice = voz melosa

For "husky voice" I'd say "voz ronca"...

Stentorian voice = Voz estentórea

voz entrecortada = hesitant, faltering, halting, jerky voice.

voz cantante (llevar la voz cantante) = to call the shots

(grammar)
voz activa = active voice
voz pasiva = passive voice

voz artificial = voice output, synthesized speech
voz digital = digital voice.
voz humana sintetizada = synthesised speech.

voz interior = inner voice.

voz unánime = unified voice.

voz silenciosa = quiet voice
voz cuchicheante = whispery voice * (Not sure if this actually exists, English natives, please confirm or reject!)

vozarrón = booming voice

Y en arhentino... ¿voz quién sos?

Thank you, Rusty...

I thought of some more, (the English versions subject to correction!)

Voz cálida = warm voice

Voz dulce y cálida = a warm, gentle voice

Voz chirriante = squeaky voice = voz chillona, voz de pito

voz de sargento = sergeant' voice (?) (Not very sure about this one in English...)

voz de abuelete = a voice like granddad's (?)

voz de sarasa = queer voice (?)

voz argentina (clara y sonora) = silvery voice (literary usage?) (clear sounding voice)

voz de cabeza (de falsete) = falsetto voice

voz de trueno = thunderous voice

voz opaca (voz parda) = dull voice

voz brillante = bright voice

voz sumisa = soft and smooth voice (like, begging voice? imploring voice?)

voz grave = deep voice = voz profunda (Garganta profunda = Deep Throat)

voz aguda = high-pitched voice / shrill voice /piercing voice

voz de tenor = tenor's voice
voz de barítono = baritone's voice
voz de tiple = soprano's voice (treble's voice)?
voz de soprano = soprano's voice
la voz del silencio = the voice of silence

la voz de la conciencia = the voice of conscience

Bueno, voy a parar, porque creo que ya oigo voces... :D

Robin, I think you just opened Pandora's Voice... ( or was it "Box"? ;) Just kidding... don't mind my voice...) :D

But, yes, "raspy voice" "hoarse voice"
voz ronca, afónica, gutural, enronquecida...

Ah! Thank you Perikles on the Sergeant major's voice!

Also husky and throaty voice...

Y la voz de Julio Iglesias, que como escribía José Luis Coll "canta como los propios ángeles... de Charlie".

Voz angelical,
Voz melancólica... (y lo que te rondaré, morena)
