Maybe it's a reference to the pope's hat.....? Enlarged and elongated up...???He might have a very silly hat, and a balcony, but he doesn't have a á

But Chileno didn't put an accent on "papa".
Although I've never heard the expression before, I think this is rather related to a potato than a pope or a dad. ;)

"Ser/tener (?) cabeza de papa" seems to me to act silly... right, Hernán? :thinking:
