Lo siento. Pero nunca había escuchado ese ingrediente.
Please check the bottle and make sure you are reading the main ingredient correctly.
Maybe we would be more helpful if you sent us the name of the diet pill.
Sorry.

It could be that the diet pills are Capslim, as that is the only product I can find that lists the ingredient you gave us. The active ingredient listed in Capslim pills is troncomín (root therevetiamin). The sites I found were all in Spanish, but other than the people who sell the pills (http://www.capslim.org.mx/), everyone else had nothing good to say about them. Some sites say that the active ingredient doesn't exist, at least not by either name given. They say it is really thevetia peruviana. This, I learned, is an extremely poisonous plant, except for the milky sap that is used as a heart stimulant. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thevetia_peruviana
Gavafuté is another brand of pills that claim to contain the same ingredients as Capslim, but cost less. Again, these sites are in Spanish.
Looks like some caution would be prudent.
