What you're supposed to do is look at the model, find the verb and convert that verb to the 'conjugated form of 'ir' + 'a' + 'infinitive').

I'll give you one example.

Andamos al parque.
'Andamos' is the present-tense verb that needs to be converted.
First, determine the person the present-tense verb is in. In this example, it's in the first-person plural form (which is associated with the subject pronoun 'nosostros'). The infinitive 'ir' will take that form when you convert it (you'll write 'vamos' in this case). Next, write 'a' after the conjugated form of 'ir' ('vamos a' in this case). Last, you'll convert the original present-tense form of the verb ('andamos') to its infinitive form ('andar' in this case). So, the final, converted form of 'andamos' is 'vamos a andar'.
