Not meaning to offend, but since the only change in each sentence is the person, you can just look at the verb. Say each verb aloud while checking to see if you correctly wrote the six possible forms for each tense. :D
I know this little exercise will be akin to reading a verb chart, but if you wrote them all down in order to commit them to memory, then it'll be good practice to read them all out loud. Besides that, you'll find your error. ;)

No one mentioned that there's no period on the end of any of your sentences, so I will. ;)
Also, the subject pronoun is only needed in the third person where ambiguity can be an issue. There is no ambiguity in the other persons, so avoid using the subject pronoun for them (unless there's reason to emphasize the person).

By the way, you didn't practice the future tense.

The tenses also have a 'perfect' form (this involves using an auxiliary verb and a past participle). The mistake that no one else mentioned has something to do with this aspect. ;)

If you're trying to memorize by writing over and over the same construction, be careful and pay attention, or it will not be of any use. You're missing the article for the last three persons.
