The picture on the cover of 'Confesiones de Una Sumisa' looks like the picture on the cover of the prequel ('Diary of a Submissive'), whose Spanish title is 'Diario de Una Sumisa', so that throws people off. But, if you look at the riseñas del editor for both books, it seems that your find is talking about Adam and that 'Diario de Una Sumisa' is talking about James.
These are an exact match with the names used in the English book descriptions.

You'd think they could have used the same cover photo on the translation. And the translated title is nowhere near 'No Ordinary Love Story ...'. Oh, well. :rolleyes:
