Hola amigos,

¿como estan?
(the first word of a sentence always begins with a capital letter
the first word is an interrogative, so it must have an accented vowel
the verb used in this question must have an accented vowel)

Estoy bien. (Yo) estoy práctica Español.
(the subject pronoun 'yo' isn't necessary in the second sentence, just as it wasn't needed in your first sentence (the verb ending conveys the person)
'práctica' is a noun - you need to use the present participle instead
language names are not capitalized)

Tengo Hambre y (yo) estoy cansado.

(Yo) como fideos.

Adios,
Hasta luego.
(don't use both farewells at the same time)

-- AnupamI have marked words that need fixed in red and have given hints as to why in purple.

The word "Adios" should have an accent. The correct way to spell it is "Adiós".
