This word, in English, means a cantankerous (grumpy, bad-tempered) person. It can also mean a grouch, when used as a noun.

This phrase in English meaning grouch, then this same phrase in Spanish meaning fond of women, it's strange, 'cause in both are languages the meaning is distinct, then, How can I say the phrase Mujeriego in English.?

I agree with Poli. He gave you good words for mujeriego - un hombre dado a mujeres.
Here's the definition of cascarrabias from the DRAE:
Persona que fácilmente se enoja, riñe o demuestra enfado.

Lo siento CrOtALito.....but if you are a womanizer you wouldn't be a "cascarrabias".
¡Simplemente es imposible ser las dos cosas! No se puede ser uno si es lo otro.

I am not saying that you (personally) are a womanizer and a cascarrabias. I understood from your posts that you said..."o sea uso cascarrabias para decir womanizer".
What I am saying is that a person CANNOT be a womanizer and a cascarrabias at the same time.
Have you ever seen a grumpy old man trying to be a womanizer? UGH!:yuck::yuck:
