Hola. What is correct?
Por favor, habla más rápido.
Por favor, hable más rápido.
I would of thought the subjunctive is used here but I'm not 100% sure.

Both. This does not relate to the subjunctive. Can tell why? (now that you know a bit more)

This is pretty confusing. :) I guess the subjunctive wouldn't be used because I'm stating I want someone to speak slower or faster but it's a wish so it could be used.

You're right since there's no "que".
What's the difference between using the "habla" and "hable" verb in the sentence?
What would a native say?

Please note that this is the imperative conjugation for two different persons:
habla -> tú
hable -> usted
