I'm watching Carnivale in spanish and at the beginning they are saying something like "la feria durante". Does that mean carnival?

Are you sure? It seems to me something like "la feria/el carnaval rodante (errante, ambulante, nómada)"
"The wandering carnival"
A pleasure.

"La feria durante" is a fragment of a sentence. Do you have any more context or the whole sentence?
Depending on the country, the word "feria" can mean a market, a carnival, a fair...

You're correct, it's la feria ambulante. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
