No, the Danish, so, doesn't have the last -ʊ sound, which the English equivelant, sow, has.

Actually, there are two pronunciations of the word sow in English. The female pig is pronounced /saʊ/ (this rhymes with cow). The verb sow, which means to plant seeds, is pronounced /soʊ/.
The Danish word is pronounced the same as the Spanish preposition so.

Yes, but you got them a bit wrong. so is the Danish word, while sow is the English word, and not the other way around.
