Given that 'no creer que' always takes a subjunctive, are the following three correct:
I don’t think she 'is' badly injured:
No creo que 'esté' herida seriamente.
I don’t think she 'was' badly injured:
No creo que 'fue' herida seriamente.
I didn’t think she 'was' badly injured:
No creía que 'fuera' herida seriamente.
I don’t think she 'is' badly injured:
No creo que 'esté' herida seriamente.

No creo que 'fue' herida seriamente.
