Just for precision: "Lada" in Mexico, is the acronym for "larga distancia", so Hanita is talking about Mexico's long distance code. ;)

Some suggestions to make your text a little better: ;)
I speak *** (La estructura usual de este verbo es "speak to someone") Uruguay's (Es preferible usar el gentilicio que el nombre del país cuando hablas de personas, para hacer una frase más corta y más fluida) friend of mine and He (Cuidado con la ortografía; las mayúsculas se usan en casos específicos) didn's (Ojo con la contracción: siempre es "didn't") *** (Te falta un verbo, porque "didn't" sólo es el auxiliar del pasado) what is Lada (Estas palabras van en el orden inverso; cuando preguntas con signos de interrogación, primero va el verbo pero cuando se hace una afirmación, entonces el verbo va después), I was very surprised, I will try to remember how I say *** (Te falta un pronombre) in English!

Lol, "lada" is new for me, must confess I like it, "larga distancia" takes up too much energy to say :)
