I'm having a hard time translating this heading from an official document in Toluca, Mexico. It must be something more than Office of Mediation, right?

I'm not sure that these names can be translated, unless you have similar agencies or offices in the USA. :thinking:

An "Oficialía Mediadora Conciliadora (y Calificadora)" seems to be a municipal entity that acts as a mediator in conflicts where crime or judicial offenses are not involved, provided that these conflicts can't be solved by any other authorities. They are also capable of sanctioning people who commit administrative faults that are contemplated in local laws and codes.
