A diet book recommends thinking of food as fuel, and visualizing the stomach in terms of an automobile's gas gauge. The author draws a diagram similar to that found on a typical dashboard, with little marks that point to the various levels of the fuel tank. Those levels are what I'd like to know how to say:

Empty: Hungry (Hambriento?)
1/2 tank: Edge is off (Sin punzadas de hambre?)
3/4 tank: Satisfied (Satisfecho?)
Full tank: Full (Lleno?)

then he goes on to represent the concept of overeating, by a continuation of the same diagram going beyond the Full mark:

Stuffed (Relleno?)
Overstuffed (Rebosante?)
Exploding (Para reventar?)

Hmm... your proposals are fine. I find it too hard to actually translate those things into Spanish, since that's strange for my local culture, but something more natural for me might be something like this:

Empty: Hungry -> Con hambre
1/2 tank: Edge is off -> Sin hambre
3/4 tank: Satisfied -> Satisfecho
Full tank: Full -> Lleno
Stuffed -> Muy lleno
Overstuffed -> Demasiado lleno
Exploding -> A reventar
