Entonces fuimos en almuñecar y mucho sol. Me gusta ese zona muy bien. Hablamos en español y ellos nos entendimos un poco! Vendremos en Almuñecar además en abril.

Que era muy bonita y había mucha nieve (This is fine as a subordinate clause; if you insert it right after "Sierra Nevada" with a comma, it won't look fragmentary). Entonces fuimos a almuñécar (Proper names need a capital letter) y había mucho sol. Me gusta esa zona mucha (This is an adverb; it doesn't agree in gender or number with the noun; also, since it modifies the verb, it's better placed right after the verb.).
