What's the most succinct and correct way of expressing

-The post of Japanese Prime Minister has been frequently filled by different people.

-The person occupying the post of Japanese Prime Minister has been replaced many times. (=many people have been Prime Minister there)

-The post of Japanese Prime Minister has seen a lot of replacements in recent years.

I can think no more.

The post ... changes frequently.

Thank you. But would the simple present tense be construed as saying that this is a normal situation? My meaning was that the post has changed hands frequently in recent years, but it is not a habit nor a regular thing.
