No mi gusta invierno es mucho frio en las montañas donde vivo. Mi gusta otoño es mi favorito temporada (I do not like winter it is very cold in the mountains where I live) I like autumn it is my favourite season - feel free to correct me my good friends)

El invierno es "unpredictable" en el medio oeste. Es frío, hay nieve, hay sol.
PERO...me gusta porque cuando está nevando se mira muy bonito, la Navidad casi siempre es blanca y viendo la nieve caer mientras te tomas una taza de chocolate acurrucada en un sillón frente a la lumbre de una "fireplace", pues creo que es lo máximo.
Me gusta la variedad del clima......no me gusta muy caliente ni muy frío!

If you've never seen snow, you should make it a point to see it sometime. It's lots of fun. When you have vacation time you should drive over near Mexico City and visit Mount Popocatépetl and see the snow sometime. :)

Jchen,
You know how you told me to try to get over my fear of the ocean? Well, this is about the same thing. No one will laugh at you, no one will think you are less smart than you are and besides, this is a Forum to learn. Try translating it. If it is wrong, I am sure Rusty or Poli will come to the rescue and correct it. You can use it as a learning experience. Remember what they say......."we learn from our mistakes"!
