I called by your house last night:
Must pasar be used reflexivley in this following context?
• Pasé por tu casa anoche.
• Me pasé por tu casa anoche.
Would the following mean the same thing?
• Te hice una visita sorpresa anoche.
Many thanks in advance.

Pasé anoche por tu casa, pero no había nadie.
Te caí de sorpresa anoche ¡Cómo nos divertimos!
"Hacer una visita sorpresa" it's not wrong per se but sounds a bit weird. Visitar supposes you were indeed entertained.

@fglorca: "Pasar por" doesn't have an idea of surprise; "te visité/te hice una visita anoche" are good enough as synonyms.

Many thanks, guys.
Is Me pasé por tu casa incorrect?

No, it's not incorrect; it depends on the region. It's more commonly heard in Spain and never heard in Mexico, for example.
