Right, nice work. However, may be easier if you sort the lines into six. For that, in modern spanish, we use the @ to mean male/female. So, how about:
-AR infinitivos such as bailar, volar, amar
yo -o
tú -as
él/ella/Ud. -a
nosotr@s -amos
vosotr@s -ais (this one, the pl 'you people', was not on your original list)
ell@s /uds -an

I don't understand you. you said that you use the @ instead of A, mmm I'm sorry by telling you this but it's not correct in the grammar.

I agree with you, CrOtALiTo. We don't use the @.

The @ looks like an O, with an A inside. It's to show that they both have a masculine and a feminine form.
ellos y ellas.
nosotros y nosotras.
vosotros y vosotras.

It's just more comfortable for your grammar notes, guys, besides, it is what Spanish teenagers (and learners in general) do here.
I think it looks cool :)

I have also never used it, or thought about doing so, but it looks pretty good, maybe it would be worth using. It would at least spare some time.

Hmmm...using @ for o/a is a good idea - thanks.

It's certainly used. I found hundreds of thousands such uses on the Internet.
I would say it's safe to use it as a learning or teaching tool. We all know that only one or the other vowel should be used when speaking and officially writing in Spanish.

okay, it's useful, but we can't use it in my Spanish class.

Ask your teacher about it, see if he/she has seen it used. :D

All right I will, but I'm sure we won't use it.
