I am looking for chuletas de huesados. It's supposed to be the best cut of meat for carne asada. Does it translate to English?
Thanks

¡Bienvenida Bella!
I believe you mean chuletas deshuesadas.
Chuletas are chops. Deshuesadas means boneless.
chuletas deshuesadas = boneless chops
You usually specify what type of chops you want:
chuleta(s) de cordero = lamb chop(s)
chuleta(s) de cerdo = pork chop(s)
chuletas deshuesadas de cerdo = boneless pork chops
chuleta de cerdo sin hueso = boneless pork chops
carne asada = roast meat
You usually specify what type of meat:
pollo asado = roast chicken

Rusty - Thank you so very much for clarifying this for me. I thought chuletas meant chops, so I was confused when told it was for carne asada!

You're welcome! You can roast/bake/grill chops. Do a search for chuletas asadas. Yum!!!
