colina - feminine noun (la) - hill. Look up colina in the dictionary (http://www.tomisimo.org/dictionary/spanish_english/colina)
Vamos a caminar tantito colina arriba.
Let's walk up the hill a bit.

Not, the word is accurate Colina, I don't know if there is another word for the word Colina.

Loma is hill. Cuesta is hill but a better translation is slope.

El cerro is another word la colina.
La loma is smaller than a hill; it's more like a rise.
As Poli said, la cuesta is a slope, but ...
Caminar/andar cuesta arriba = to walk uphill
Ir cuesta arriba = to go uphill

Cerro is probably the most common word in Mexico for hill.
