Hello, I want to say
Si desea que su empresa aparezca en el listado

and I decided for
If you would like your company would appear in the list

I asked to one friend and he told another way
If you wish your company join in the list

Will you please help me with both. I fear both are wrong.

It should be:

If you would like your company to appear in the list ...

Don't use your friend's suggestion. It's OK to use "If you wish," but 'to join in the list' isn't the right verb (actually a full infinitive, as corrected) to use.

By the way, "I asked to one friend and he told another way" should be "I asked a friend and he said it another way."

If you would like your name on the list is much more natural than in the list.
If you would like your name listed is another way to say this.
