Why not make it more colorful/exciting? In other words, lie about it.

Is aunque more for use in subjunctive sentences?
Maybe using that more in english would help me remember to use que.

It may be that aunque and incluso si are synonymous, but I didn't think so at the time. Now, there're looking like the same thing to me.
Depending on what follows, the indicative or the subjunctive may be used.
