My mp3 doesn't work!

Today I turned on my mp3 player and waited. But it never came up to the menu screen. Something is wrong with it! Please help! I really want to record stuff tomorrow, and if I don't I won't be happy! :(:worried::sad:

Well, I can't help you of this way, because it's hard to know above the status of your MP3 player, there're much circumstances of problems that could happening to your MP3, you need to take the device with technical support in your country, they there could to check the device and fix him.

Maybe the battery needs to be recharged?

no, it doesn't go on batteries. you can charge it by computer, but when I did that, the screen still said "Initializing".

You probably have to have it turned off when you plug it in. Is it an iPod or some other brand?
