can we also say do an oral p resentation, give an oral presentation?

All three can mean the same thing; however, there are subtle differences.

I believe the most commonly used verb would be 'give', if you are presenting.
The other two verbs usually imply that you're the one producing the presentation. The producer may also be the giver of the presentation, but you'll want to make sure your audience doesn't get the wrong picture. The verb you choose can make a difference (even though an internet search for most popular may not bare me out).

The phrase "give an oral presentation" sounds more correct to my ears. Saying "do an oral presentation" and it may or may not imply also creating the presentation, but it does sound more informal to me.
