What is a stained-glass window in a religious institution or in a palatial home called in Mexico; a vidriera?

I hope those with knowledge of what this is called in other countries outside of Mexico will also respond. It would be nice to know.

I would call this a vitral, but it may also be called a vidriera.

I'd call it a "vitral". We don't use "vidriera" in Mexico. :D
